Internationalization represents an important growth opportunity for micro and small enterprises (MSEs); however, successful entry into foreign markets depends on organizational capabilities that are not always systematically assessed beforehand. In this context, this study aimed to develop an International Readiness Radar for MSEs, conceived as a managerial diagnostic tool designed to assess organizational readiness for international market entry. The research is characterized as applied and qualitative, adopting the Design Science Research (DSR) approach. The artifact was developed through the integration of theoretical contributions on internationalization, export readiness, innovation, organizational capabilities, and cooperation networks, complemented by documentary analysis of institutional materials related to business internationalization support. As a result, the study proposes a model composed of twelve analytical dimensions, forty-eight indicators, and four maturity levels, enabling the identification of organizational strengths, weaknesses, and development priorities. The main contribution of the study lies in the proposition of a managerial artifact that integrates different theoretical perspectives into a visual and systematic framework to support the diagnosis and planning of internationalization, providing a practical tool tailored to the context of micro and small enterprises
